Є жінки, чий стиль неможливо звести до одягу чи бездоганної світлини. Їх упізнають за поглядом, енергією, манерою говорити й тією внутрішньою свободою, яка не потребує доказів. Лідія Кнауб — саме така. Її стиль — у способі мислити, відчувати, створювати й щоразу відкривати нові грані себе.
Її професійна історія почалася з комп’ютерної інженерії. Сьогодні Лідія працює в управлінні IT у великій німецькій організації, де займається цифровізацією, кібербезпекою, IT-фінансами та управлінням ресурсами. Окреме місце в її професійному баченні займає штучний інтелект. Водночас технології для неї — лише інструмент, головною цінністю якого залишається людина.
Паралельно з роботою в IT Лідія понад 15 років досліджує психологію, нейропсихологію, генну інженерію та квантову психологію. Має освіту з практичної психології, є сертифікованою гіпнологинею, нейрокоучем, спеціалісткою з НЛП та EMDR. Саме на перетині технологій і людської психології сформувався її особливий професійний підхід.
Авторська творчість стала продовженням цього пошуку. Перша книга Лідії «Я хочу жити. 7 ключів для довгого здорового життя» знайшла широку аудиторію. Згодом з’явилася «Філософія душі», а сьогодні її бібліографію доповнює третя книга — «Надлюдина. Безмежність потенціалу».
Це міждисциплінарний проєкт, створений спільно з Ніною Градович, Мілою Замус, Мариною Шнайдер, Дмитром Гусєвим, Іриною Кімковою, Наталією Вільмс, Оленою Енне, Наталією Кондаковою, Олександром Шияном, Маргаритою Чичеріною, Світланою Зарецькою, Анною Феоктистовою, Юлією Костенко та Євгенією Бахтіною.
У центрі книги — людина, яка прагне зберегти внутрішню опору в умовах постійних змін. Стосунки, родинні сценарії, тілесність, страхи, особисті кордони, переживання втрати та внутрішні переконання автори розглядають крізь різні виміри людського досвіду. Практики усвідомленості, медитації та самоспостереження доповнюють текст.
«Бути собою — це і є сила. Шлях до себе — це шлях додому». Саме ця думка передає філософію Лідії: не прагнути бути кращою за інших, а відкривати власний потенціал і створювати свій сценарій життя.
Важливою частиною її історії стала Німеччина. Тут Лідія будує професійну кар’єру в IT, розвиває соціальні ініціативи та підтримує українців у питаннях інтеграції, освіти й професійного розвитку. Понад професійні досягнення для неї важливим залишається бажання допомагати людям ставати стійкішими та впевненіше будувати власне майбутнє.
Її міжнародний образ доповнила участь у Mrs. Universe, де Лідія представляла Україну та Маріуполь і отримала спеціальний титул «Місіс Відвага». Наприкінці жовтня вона візьме участь у конференції «Крила» як експертка, де говоритиме про майбутнє, технології, штучний інтелект та людський потенціал.

Lidiya Knaub. The Art of Creating Oneself
There are women whose style cannot be reduced to their clothes or a flawless photograph. They are recognised by their gaze, their energy, their way of speaking and that inner freedom which needs no proof. Lidiya Knaub is just such a woman. Her style lies in the way she thinks, feels, creates and continually discovers new facets of herself.
Her professional journey began in computer engineering. Today, Lidiya works in IT management at a large German organisation, where she deals with digitalisation, cyber security, IT finance and resource management. Artificial intelligence holds a special place in her professional vision. At the same time, for her, technology is merely a tool, the core value of which remains the human.
Alongside her work in IT, Lidiya has been researching psychology, neuropsychology, genetic engineering and quantum psychology for over 15 years. She has a degree in applied psychology and is a certified hypnotherapist, neuro-coach, and specialist in NLP and EMDR. It is at the intersection of technology and human psychology that her unique professional approach has taken shape.
Her writing has become an extension of this quest. Lidiya’s first book, “I Want to Live: 7 Keys to a Long and Healthy Life”, reached a wide audience. This was followed by “The Philosophy of the Soul”, and her bibliography is now complemented by a third book – “The Superhuman: The Boundlessness of Potential”.
This is an interdisciplinary project created in collaboration with Nina Gradovych, Mila Zamus, Maryna Schneider, Dmytro Husev, Iryna Kimkova, Nataliia Vilms, Olena Enne, Nataliia Kondakova, Oleksandr Shyian, Margaryta Chicherina, Svitlana Zaretska, Anna Feoktystova, Yuliia Kostenko and Yevheniia Bakhtina.
At the heart of the book is the individual striving to maintain inner support in the face of constant change. The authors examine relationships, family scenarios, physicality, fears, personal boundaries, the experience of loss and inner convictions through the various dimensions of human experience. Practices of mindfulness, meditation and self-observation complement the text.
‘‘Being yourself is what gives you strength. The path to yourself is the path home.’ It is precisely this idea that encapsulates Lidiya’s philosophy: not to strive to be better than others, but to unlock your own potential and create your own life story.
Germany has become an important part of her story. Here, Lidiya is building a career in IT, developing social initiatives and supporting Ukrainians with issues relating to integration, education and professional development. Beyond her professional achievements, what remains important to her is the desire to help people become more resilient and build their own futures with greater confidence.
Her international profile was further enhanced by her participation in Mrs. Universe, where Lidiya represented Ukraine and Mariupol and was awarded the special title of “Mrs. Courage”. At the end of October, she will take part in the “Wings” conference as an expert, where she will speak about the future, technology, artificial intelligence and human potential.
