Саме до таких належить Ірина Заверуха — засновниця платформи багатовимірного розвитку IMARIA & PIPL , вчителька алхімії та йоги свідомості, наставниця і провідниця трансформацій, яка вже майже 20 років допомагає людям упорядковувати власне життя. Її шлях — це історія внутрішньої сили, дисципліни та віри.
У молодому віці Ірина зіткнулася з серйозним викликом — боротьбою з онкологічним захворюванням. Зціливши себе, вона не лише повернулася до повноцінного життя, а й сформувала нову філософію: кожне випробування може стати точкою зростання, якщо людина готова діяти та брати відповідальність за свій шлях і причини подій. Саме цей досвід став фундаментом подальшої діяльності, окреслив місію і покликання — допомагати іншим знаходити внутрішні ресурси та будувати якісний зв’язок з душею.
Сьогодні Ірина Заверуха — засновниця та власниця освітніх і просвітницьких проєктів, наставниця менторів і лідерів епохи, організаторка понад 50 ретритів, родинних кемпів і трансформаційних програм, авторка книг і тисяч хілерських протоколів. Вона працює з людьми різних професій і життєвих історій, допомагаючи знайти баланс між внутрішнім світом і зовнішніми досягненнями. Її діяльність охоплює навчання фахівців, розвиток спільнот і реалізацію культурних та соціальних ініціатив, спрямованих на підтримку особистісного зростання та відповідального лідерства.
Її підхід поєднує інтуїцію та системність, духовність і практичність, віру та конкретні дії. Для Ірини важливо не просто надихати, а давати інструменти, які допомагають людині рухатися вперед і досягати результатів.
Особливе місце у діяльності пані Ірини займає творчість. Вона написала унікальну книгу-цілитель «Бесіди з Ангелами», створила пісню «Балада Берегині», на яку зняла мініфільм в українських Карпатах як ініціацію сили кожної жінки-берегині. Її місія — допомогти людям почути себе, відчути власну цінність і зробити усвідомлений вибір на користь життя. Саме тому її діяльність виходить за межі професії — вона стає прикладом служіння людям і суспільству.

IRYNA ZAVERUKHA — THE ART OF LIVING, CREATING AND INSPIRING
Тhere are women who transform their own lives. There are those who transform the lives of others. And there are those who create a space in which people begin to see new possibilities, feel empowered and move forward. Iryna Zaverukha is one such person — the founder of the IMARIA & PIPL multidimensional development platform, a teacher of alchemy and consciousness yoga, a mentor and guide for transformation, who has been helping people organise their lives for almost 20 years. Her journey is a story of inner strength, discipline and faith.
At a young age, Iryna faced a serious challenge — battling cancer. Having healed herself, she not only returned to a full life, but also developed a new philosophy: every trial can become an opportunity for growth if a person is prepared to take action and accept responsibility for their own path and the causes of events. It was this experience that laid the foundation for her future work, defining her mission and calling — to help others find their inner resources and build a qualitative connection with their soul.
Today, Iryna Zaverukha is the founder and owner of educational and awareness-raising projects, a mentor to mentors and leaders of our time, the organiser of over 50 retreats, family camps and transformational programmes, and the author of books and thousands of healing protocols. She works with people from various professions and with diverse life stories, helping them find a balance between their inner world and external achievements. Her work encompasses training professionals, developing communities, and implementing cultural and social initiatives aimed at supporting personal growth and responsible leadership.
Her approach combines intuition with a systematic approach, spirituality with practicality, and faith with concrete action. For Iryna, it is important not simply to inspire, but to provide tools that help people move forward and achieve results.
Creativity holds a special place in Mrs. Iryna’s work. She has written a unique healing book, “Conversations with Angels”, and composed the song “Ballad of the Guardian”, for which she filmed a short film in the Ukrainian Carpathians as an initiation into the power of every woman-guardian. Her mission is to help people hear themselves, feel their own worth, and make a conscious choice in favour of life. That is precisely why her work goes beyond the boundaries of her profession — she becomes an example of service to people and society.
Iryna Zaverukha’s participation in the “Women Who are Admired” project is recognition of her contribution to the development of people and communities, as well as her ability to inspire, support and lead others. This project brings together women who are shaping a new reality through their knowledge, experience and responsibility, creating their own systems of development and leaving a lasting mark on society.
