Саме таку філософію послідовно втілює Зоя Крамська, директорка КЗ «Уманський гуманітарно-педагогічний фаховий коледж ім. Т. Г. Шевченка Черкаської обласної ради», перетворюючи освітній процес на простір живого діалогу, розвитку та внутрішньої мотивації.
Вона формує освіту як живу систему взаємодії, у якій студент не лише отримує знання, а й вчиться мислити, відповідати за власні рішення та формувати життєву позицію. Підтримує ініціативу молоді, водночас допомагаючи їй усвідомлювати цінність дисципліни, послідовності та праці над собою.
Ініціює нові формати спілкування між студентами та успішними людьми. Саме так з’явився проєкт «Мотиваційний діалог успішних людей зі студентською молоддю», який відкрив можливість чесної розмови без формальностей — про шлях, помилки, вибір і віру в себе.
Розвиває інклюзивне та відкрите освітнє середовище, у якому кожна дитина має рівні можливості для розвитку. Вибудовує партнерства з громадськими організаціями та міжнародними партнерами, залучає ресурси задля створення комфортних умов навчання.
Формує у студентів усвідомлення важливості залишатися в Україні, розвиватися тут і будувати власне майбутнє разом із країною. Виховує повагу до родини, традицій, духовних цінностей і водночас заохочує до сучасного мислення та професійного зростання.
Підтримує діалог як основу розвитку: слухає молодь, реагує на її запити, бачить в її ідеях потенціал для змін. Не зупиняється у пошуку нових підходів до освіти, які роблять освітній процес динамічним і змістовним.
Зоя Крамська вибудовувала управлінську модель, у якій головними цінностями залишаються людяність, відповідальність і розвиток. Саме завдяки цьому коледж стає простором, де формується нове покоління українців — свідомих, активних і небайдужих.
ZOIA KRAMSKA: “SHAPING EDUCATION AS A SPACE OF POSSIBILITIES AND HUMANITY”

In modern education, it is becoming increasingly important not simply to teach, but to create an environment in which young people want to grow, think, experiment and not be afraid to make mistakes. It is precisely this philosophy that Zoia Kramska, Director of the T. H. Shevchenko Uman College of Humanities and Education of the Cherkasy Regional Council, consistently embodies, transforming the educational process into a space for lively dialogue, development and inner motivation.
She shapes education as a lively system of interaction, in which students not only acquire knowledge but also learn to think critically, take responsibility for their own decisions and develop a life philosophy.
She supports young people’s initiative, whilst helping them to recognise the value of discipline, consistency and self-improvement. She initiates new formats for communication between students and successful individuals. This is how the project “Motivational Dialogue between Successful People and Students” came about, opening up the opportunity for honest conversation without formalities — about the path, mistakes, choices and self-belief.
She develops an inclusive and open educational environment in which every child has equal opportunities for development; builds partnerships with public organizations and international partners, attracts resources to create comfortable learning conditions.
She forms in students an awareness of the importance of staying in Ukraine, developing here and building their own future together with the country. She fosters respect for family, traditions, spiritual values, and at the same time encourages modern thinking and professional growth.
She supports dialogue as the basis for development: listens to young people, responds to their requests, sees the potential for change in their ideas. She does not stop in searching for new approaches to education that make the educational process dynamic and meaningful.
Zoia Kramska has built a management model in which humanity, responsibility and development remain the main values. It is thanks to this that the college becomes a space where a new generation of Ukrainians is formed – conscious, active and caring.
