У сучасному світі освіта дедалі більше виходить за межі звичних підходів, перетворюючись на середовище, де формується особистість. Оксана РИБАЄВА — засновниця BabyLand Family — створила саме таку екосистему, у якій дитина зростає в атмосфері поваги, підтримки та усвідомленого розвитку.

— Пані Оксано, раді вітати Вас на сторінках Millenium Club. Розкажіть про витоки Вашої освітньої історії та той особистий досвід, що став її початком.

— Мій шлях розпочався з материнства. Коли моїй доньці було півтора року, я віддала її до садочка і дуже гостро відчула важливість середовища для дитини. З’явилося глибоке розуміння: дитина має бути там, де її бачать і приймають. Так виникла ідея створити власний простір. У 2012 році ми відкрили перший садок BabyLand — з нього почалася вся історія. З самого початку для мене було принципово створити не просто заклад, а атмосферу довіри, тепла й розвитку, де дитина відчуває себе в безпеці та може розкриватися природно, без тиску та шаблонів.

— У чому полягає процес формування цілісної екосистеми, що сьогодні охоплює різні етапи розвитку дитини?

— Ми рухалися крок за кроком, уважно спостерігаючи за потребами дітей. Спочатку був садок, згодом — школа, гімназія, табори та подорожі. Сьогодні це єдина система, у якій дитина проходить свій шлях у знайомому середовищі, зберігаючи внутрішню стабільність і довіру. Для нас важливо, що кожен наступний етап логічно продовжує попередній, формуючи цілісну картину розвитку. Саме така послідовність дає дітям відчуття опори, а батькам — упевненість у правильності обраного освітнього маршруту.

— Розкрийте цінності, що формують основу Вашого освітнього підходу.

— Для нас освіта — це формування особистості. Ми працюємо на основі поваги до дитини, розвитку через досвід і партнерства з родиною. Важливо не лише дати знання, а й допомогти дитині стати впевненою, самостійною та відкритою до світу. Ми переконані, що кожна дитина має свій потенціал, і завдання дорослих — створити умови для його розкриття. Саме тому велика увага приділяється розвитку мислення, емоційної зрілості та навичок взаємодії.

— Розкажіть про значення досвіду поза межами звичного навчального середовища для розвитку дітей.

— Нові умови дають дитині можливість побачити себе по-іншому. У подорожах і таборах формуються самостійність, відповідальність і впевненість. Це досвід, який розширює світогляд і відкриває внутрішні ресурси. Діти вчаться адаптуватися до нових обставин, знаходити спільну мову з різними людьми та ухвалювати рішення самостійно. Такий досвід стає важливим етапом дорослішання і формує більш глибоке розуміння себе та світу.

— Що сьогодні наповнює Вашу діяльність особливим змістом і натхненням?

— Найбільше надихають діти та команда. Я бачу, як діти змінюються, дорослішають і починають вірити в себе. Це підтверджує, що наш шлях має глибокий сенс. Особливо цінним є момент, коли дитина знаходить свою впевненість і починає діяти сміливо. Також надихає команда однодумців, які розділяють ці цінності. Разом ми створюємо середовище, що формує майбутнє покоління.

OKSANA RYBAIEVA. Education as a space for trust and development: the BabyLand Family philosophy

Іn today’s world, education is increasingly moving beyond traditional approaches, evolving into an environment where a child’s personality is shaped. Oksana RYBAIEVA — founder of BabyLand Family — has created just such an ecosystem, where children grow up in an atmosphere of respect, support and mindful development.

— Mrs. Oksana, we are glad to welcome you to the pages of Millenium Club. Tell us about the origins of your educational history and the personal experience that began it.

— My path began with motherhood. When my daughter was one and a half years old, I sent her to kindergarten and very keenly felt the importance of the environment for a child. A deep understanding emerged: a child should be where they are seen and accepted. That’s how the idea of creating my own space came about. In 2012, we opened the first BabyLand kindergarten – the whole story began with it. From the very beginning, it was fundamental for me to create not just an institution, but an atmosphere of trust, warmth and development, where a child feels safe and can reveal them naturally, without pressure and patterns.

— What is the process of forming a holistic ecosystem that today encompasses different stages of a child’s development?

— We moved forward step by step, paying close attention to the children’s needs. First came the kindergarten, then the school, the secondary school, camps and trips. Today, it is a unified system in which a child progresses through their journey in a familiar environment, maintaining inner stability and trust. It is important to us that each subsequent stage logically builds on the previous one, forming a coherent picture of development. It is precisely this sequence that gives children a sense of support and parents the confidence that they have chosen the right educational path.

— Please outline the values that underpin your educational approach.

— For us, education is about the formation of personality. We work on the basis of respect for the child, development through experience and partnership with the family. It is important not only to give knowledge, but also to help the child become confident, independent and open to the world. We are convinced that every child has their own potential, and the task of adults is to create conditions for its disclosure. That is why great attention is paid to the development of thinking, emotional maturity and interaction skills.

— Please explain the importance of experiences outside the usual educational environment for children’s development.

— New conditions give a child the opportunity to see themselves differently. Traveling and camps form independence, responsibility, and confidence. This is an experience that broadens the worldview and opens up internal resources. Children learn to adapt to new circumstances, find common ground with different people, and make decisions on their own. Such an experience becomes an important stage of growing up and forms a deeper understanding of themselves and the world.

— What fills your work with special meaning and inspiration today?

— It is the children and the team who inspire me most. I see how the children change, grow up and start to believe in themselves. This confirms that our path has a profound meaning. The moment when a child finds their confidence and begins to act boldly is especially valuable. I am also inspired by a team of like-minded people who share these values. Together, we are creating an environment that shapes the future generation.
