An Academic Path That Shapes Strategic Thinking
Maria Mykhailivna Vakulych was born in the city of Kamianske, in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Her professional journey is a clear example of consistency, systematic thinking, and responsibility to both the academic community and the state.
In 2014, she defended her PhD dissertation on the management of Ukraine’s investment climate, and in 2025, she successfully completed her doctoral dissertation dedicated to the strategic management of the investment climate in the context of economic revitalization.
These studies became a logical continuation of her many years of research focused on developing modern mechanisms for economic growth and state investment policy.
Today, Maria Vakulych serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Finance and Accounting of the Dnipro State Technical University, combining scientific research with teaching practice and international cooperation.
