У цьому інтерв’ю — про тишу, шлях до роду, силу методу та нові можливості для трансформації у 2026 році.
— Пані Надіє, Ви згадали, що 2025 рік став для Вас часом зупинки. Що він відкрив?
— Це була не втома, а усвідомлений вибір уповільнитись. Саме у тиші визріли нові плани — повернення до глибокої теми ciм’ї та роду, з якою я працюю вже 22 роки. Цей рік нагадав мені: ми сильні не лише у дії, а й у присутності.
— Ви понад два десятиліття працюєте з методом сімейних розстановок. Як це почалося?
— Мій власний досвід. Я пережила інтернат, клінічні смерті, повторення родових сценаріїв. І коли відкрила метод Майстра з великої букви — Берта Геллінґера, змогла побачити ці зв’язки — і зцілити їх. З того часу — понад 3 000 розстановок, сотні клієнтів, десятки учнів у різних країнах.
— Розкажіть більше про Ваш професійний шлях.
— Розстановки — моя любов і моя професія. Понад 25 років я веду терапевтичну практику, з них 22 роки спеціалізуюсь на системних сімейних розстановках. Я написала сім книжок з практики метода: «Помилка лелеки», «Матусю, будь ласка», «За межами самотності», «Про що мовчать предки». Також веду навчальні програми в різних країнах і постійно підвищую рівень своєї освіти в цій сфері.
— Що відрізняє Ваш підхід?
— Я поєдную глибину методу з особистою чесністю. Це не просто техніка — це шлях, який я пройшла сама. І тепер передаю з любов’ю далі, вливши в метод як систему, так і серце.
— Розкажіть про Вашу програму на 2026 рік.
— Це авторська програма «Робота з родом у розстановках». Вона для тих, хто хоче звільнитися від родових переплетень, зцiлити травми і відчути силу свого роду.

NADIIA MARKOVA: WHEN THERE ARE ROOTS, WINGS APPEAR
Тhe end of the year is not always about loud victories. Often it is a space of silence, renewal, new meanings. This is exactly what 2025 was for psychotherapist Nadiia MARKOVA, an expert in family constellation, who has been helping others return to themselves for over two decades.
In this interview, we talk about silence, the path to family, the power of the method, and new opportunities for transformation in 2026.
— Mrs. Nadiia, you mentioned that 2025 was a time of pause for you. What did it reveal?
— It was not fatigue, but a conscious choice to slow down. It was in the silence that new plans matured — a return to the profound theme of family and lineage, which I have been working on for 22 years. This year reminded me that we are strong not only in action, but also in presence.
— You have been working with the family constellation method for over two decades. How did it start?
— My own experience. I survived boarding school, clinical deaths, and repeated family scenarios. And when I discovered the method of the Master with a capital M — Bert Hellinger — I was able to see these connections and heal them. Since then, I have conducted over 3,000 constellations, worked with hundreds of clients, and taught dozens of students in different countries.
— Tell us more about your professional career.
— Constellations are my passion and my profession. I have been practising therapy for over 25 years, 22 of which I have specialised in systemic family constellations. I have written seven books on the practice of this method: “The Stork’s Mistake,” “Mummy, Please,” “Beyond Loneliness,” and “What Our Ancestors Are Silent About.” I also conduct training programmes in various countries and am constantly improving my education in this field.
— What distinguishes your approach?
— I combine the depth of the method with personal honesty. It is not just a technique – it is a path that I have walked myself. And now I pass it on with love, infusing both the system and my heart into the method
— Tell us about your programme for 2026.
— This is the author’s programme ‘Working with the Family in Constellations’. It is for those who want to free themselves from family entanglements, heal traumas and feel the power of their family.
