Віталій ПРОНЬ — засновник і голова правління Благодійного фонду «Future for Ukraine», який із перших днів своєї діяльності об’єднав навколо себе небайдужих людей у Чехії та за її межами. Фонд підтримує українських військових, дітей і цивільних, які постраждали від війни, реалізує гуманітарні програми, культурні проєкти та виступає на міжнародних майданчиках, представляючи силу єдності українського народу.

— Що для вас стало найбільшим досягненням цього періоду?

— Найвагомішим досягненням фонду я вважаю співпрацю з державними інституціями задля допомоги Україні. Ми, як громадська організація, активно долучаємося до безпекових ініціативах Чехії. Одним із важливих етапів стала участь у Днях НАТО, де фонд представляв Україну поруч із державними структурами та міжнародними партнерами. Також ми організували кілька фестивалів на підтримку Збройних Сил України, що стали яскравими подіями та водночас нагадуванням: боротьба триває, і кожен може зробити свій внесок.

— Реабілітація військових і дітей — дуже чутлива сфера. Як вам вдається зберігати внутрішній баланс, працюючи з такими історіями?

— Ми провели концерт у прямому ефірі на підтримку українських військових, які проходять реабілітацію в Чехії. А згодом запровадили постійну програму відновлення для військових і дітей, які постраждали від російської агресії. Саме у цій діяльності народжується внутрішня рівновага — коли бачиш результат, усмішки, повернення до життя. Це надихає і додає сил рухатись далі.

— Ви неодноразово презентували українські ініціативи за кордоном. Які враження залишилися після таких зустрічей?

— Ми постійно формуємо гуманітарні вантажі на лінію зіткнення, забезпечуємо військові підрозділи дронами, необхідними компонентами, а також проводимо збір коштів на броньовані санітарні БМП для Національної гвардії України. Наші міжнародні партнери бачать щирість і відданість українців своїй справі, тому підтримка лише зростає. Головний меседж, який ми несемо світу, — Україна бореться не лише за себе, а за цінності всього демократичного світу.

— Чи змінилося ваше бачення майбутнього України та ролі фонду за останній рік?

— Ми непохитно віримо в перемогу України. У наших планах — ще багато креативних ініціатив і проєктів, спрямованих на підтримку та відновлення країни. Ми продовжуємо розвивати напрямки, які діють із самого початку нашої діяльності, і водночас відкриваємо нові формати допомоги.

— Яке головне послання хотіли б сьогодні донести до українців та міжнародної спільноти?

— Бути разом з Україною — у серці й у справах. Це звернення до кожного: українця, який допомагає вдома чи за кордоном, і до наших друзів у світі, що стоять поруч із нами. Лише разом ми зможемо вистояти й перемогти.

“BE WITH UKRAINE — IN YOUR HEART AND IN YOUR ACTIONS”

Vitalii PRON is the founder and chairman of the board of the “Future for Ukraine” Charitable Foundation, which, from its very inception, has brought together caring people in the Czech Republic and beyond. The foundation supports Ukrainian military personnel, children and civilians affected by the war, implements humanitarian programmes and cultural projects, and acts as a representative of the Ukrainian people’s strength in unity on the international stage.

— What was your greatest achievement during this period?

— I consider the fund’s most significant achievement to be its cooperation with state institutions to help Ukraine. As a public organisation, we are actively involved in the Czech Republic’s security initiatives. One of the important milestones was our participation in NATO Days, where the fund represented Ukraine alongside state structures and international partners. We also organised several festivals in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which became memorable events and, at the same time, a reminder that the struggle continues and that everyone can make a contribution.

— The rehabilitation of military personnel and children is a very sensitive area. How do you manage to maintain your inner balance when working with such stories?

— We held a live concert in support of Ukrainian soldiers undergoing rehabilitation in the Czech Republic. Later, we launched a permanent rehabilitation programme for soldiers and children affected by Russian aggression. It is in this activity that inner balance is born — when you see the results, the smiles, the return to life. It inspires and gives you the strength to move forward.

— You have repeatedly presented Ukrainian initiatives abroad. What impressions did you take away from these meetings?

— We are constantly assembling humanitarian aid goods for the front line, providing military units with drones and necessary components, and raising funds for armoured medical vehicles for the Ukrainian National Guard. Our international partners see the sincerity and dedication of Ukrainians to their cause, so support is only growing. The main message we are sending to the world is that Ukraine is fighting not only for itself, but for the values of the entire democratic world.

— Has your vision of Ukraine’s future and the role of the foundation changed over the past year?

— We firmly believe in Ukraine’s victory. We have many creative initiatives and projects planned to support and rebuild the country. We continue to develop areas that have been active since the beginning of our work, while also opening up new formats for assistance.

— What is the main message you would like to convey to Ukrainians and the international community today?

— Be with Ukraine — in your heart and in your actions. This appeal is addressed to everyone: Ukrainians who are helping at home or abroad, and our friends around the world who stand with us. Only together can we endure and prevail.
