— Юліє, як Ви прийшли до наставництва та викладання?
— Коли я починала, мені дуже бракувало підтримки й розуміння. Тому вирішила стати для своїх учнів тією людиною, яка допоможе пройти шлях — від перших кроків до впевненості у собі та своїй майстерності. Я вірю: кожен, хто має бажання, може стати професіоналом. Моє завдання — допомогти повірити в себе, дати чіткі знання і бути поруч у момент, коли найважче.
— Які труднощі найчастіше зустрічають Ваші учні і як Ви їх підтримуєте?
— Найбільший страх — зробити помилку або не впоратися. Але я завжди кажу: «Помилки — це не кінець, це початок твого досвіду». Я створюю середовище, де учень може вільно запитувати, шукати, експериментувати і рости без осуду. Моя мета — дати не тільки технічні навички, а й віру в себе та свою унікальність.
— Що важливо враховувати при виборі наставника?
— Професійність і людяність. Наставник повинен бачити не тільки руки учня, а й серце. Я вчу не копіювати техніки, а розуміти суть і створювати свою особливу красу. Наша спільна робота — це про довіру, турботу і спільний шлях до результату.
— Які цінності Ви вкладаєте у свої навчальні програми?
— Я вірю в чесність, щирість та постійний розвиток. Мої учні отримують більше, ніж знання. Вони вчаться любити свою справу, поважати кожного клієнта і будувати успіх не лише руками, а й серцем. «Краса починається з любові до себе і до того, що ти створюєш». І саме цьому я навчаю.
Моя головна професійна мета — виховувати не просто майстрів, а впевнених у собі експертів, які не бояться розвиватися, вдосконалюватися та сміливо будувати своє майбутнє — в індустрії краси чи будь-якій іншій сфері.

— Yuliia, how did you get into mentoring and teaching?
— When I started, I really lacked support and understanding. That’s why I decided to become the person who would help my students go through the process – from the first steps to self-confidence and skills. I believe that anyone who has the desire can become a professional. My task is to help you believe in yourself, give you clear knowledge and be there for you when it’s hardest.
— What are the most common difficulties your students face and how do you support them?
— The biggest fear is making a mistake or failing. But I always say: “Mistakes are not the end; they are the beginning of your experience.” I create an environment where the student is free to ask questions, search, and experiment and grow without judgement. My goal is to give them not only technical skills, but also a belief in themselves and their uniqueness.
— What is important to consider when choosing a mentor?
— Professionalism and humanity. A mentor should see not only the student’s hands, but also the heart. I teach not to copy techniques, but to understand the essence and create your own special beauty. Our work together is about trust, care and a common path to the result.
— What values do you put into your training programmes?
— I believe in honesty, sincerity and continuous development. My students receive more than knowledge. They learn to love their work, respect each client and build success not only with their hands but also with their hearts. “Beauty begins with love for yourself and what you create.” And this is exactly what I teach.
My main professional goal is to educate not just masters, but self-confident experts who are not afraid to develop, improve, and boldly build their future – in the beauty industry or any other field.
