– Пане Олексію, розкажіть нашим читачам про Ваш шлях у сферу ІТ.
– Мій шлях до ІТ розпочався ще в школі, яка мала статус «чорнобильської». Завдяки підтримці інших країн ми отримали кілька сучасних комп’ютерів. Тоді мало хто знав, як із ними працювати. Мене завжди цікавила інформатика, тому саме мені з друзями доручили з’ясувати, як використовувати цю техніку.
Це знайомство з технологіями стало визначальним для вибору професії. Сьогодні я очолюю IT-компанію, яка розробляє та реалізує власні міжнародні проєкти. Окрім того, значну увагу приділяю штучному інтелекту та інноваціям у цій сфері.
– Які сфери суспільного життя найбільше потребують впровадження ІТ?
– Важко виділити конкретні галузі, адже ІТ — це наше майбутнє. Втім, ключовими напрямами є: охорона здоров’я, освіта, енергетика, екологія, безпека, соціальний захист і державне управління.
– Чи може використання ІТ покращити державне управління? Як саме?
– Застосування цифрових технологій у державному управлінні здатне суттєво підвищити його ефективність, зробити процеси прозорішими та зручнішими для громадян. Зокрема, цифрові інструменти, як-от онлайн-опитування чи платформи для електронних петицій, значно спрощують залучення громадян до управлінських процесів.
– Чи зможе штучний інтелект замінити людину, особливо в творчості та суспільних галузях?
– Штучний інтелект уже демонструє вражаючі результати у різних сферах, зокрема у творчій та соціальній діяльності. Водночас він поки що лише доповнює людину, залишаючи їй ключову роль у прийнятті рішень і створенні чогось унікального.
– Який внесок зробили українці у розвиток світової ІТ-системи?
– Українці мають значний вплив на світову ІТ-індустрію. Серед наших досягнень варто згадати:
GitLab — відома платформа для управління програмними проєктами;
Reface — стартап, який створив інструмент для реалістичної заміни облич у відео;
Grammarly — сервіс, що став незамінним помічником у написанні англійських текстів.
У галузі кібербезпеки ми теж досягли успіху. Наприклад, компанія MacPaw із її популярним продуктом CleanMyMac відзначилася створенням інструментів для оптимізації роботи комп’ютерів Mac.
Слід згадати українські стартапи у фінансових технологіях (FinTech) і продукти, орієнтовані на споживачів. Наприклад, компанія Petcube, яка розробляє пристрої для дистанційного спілкування з домашніми улюбленцями.

At that time, few people knew how to work with them. I have always been interested in computer science, so my friends and I were tasked with figuring out how to use this technology.
This acquaintance with technology was decisive for my choice of profession. Today, I head an IT company that develops and implements its own international projects. In addition, I pay significant attention to artificial intelligence and innovations in this area.
– What areas of public life are most in need of IT implementation?
– It is difficult to single out specific industries, because IT is our future. However, the key areas are healthcare, education, energy, ecology, security, social protection and public administration.
– Can the use of IT improve public administration? How exactly?
– The use of digital technologies in public administration can significantly increase its efficiency, make processes more transparent and convenient for citizens. In particular, digital tools, such as online surveys or e-petition platforms, make it much easier for citizens to engage in governance processes.
– Will artificial intelligence be able to replace humans, especially in the creative and public sectors?
– Artificial intelligence is already showing impressive results in various fields, including creative and social activities. At the same time, it is still only complementing humans, leaving them the key role in making decisions and creating something unique.
– What contribution have Ukrainians made to the development of the global IT system?
– Ukrainians have a significant impact on the global IT industry. Among our achievements, it is worth mentioning:
