Liubov Maznichenko. Seeing Opportunities and Finding Solutions

Оver 30 years in real estate and working with families have shaped Liubov Maznichenko’s perspective on her profession and life. Today, Liubov is participating in the “Portrait of a Modern Woman” project, where she discusses inner strength, balance, and the ability to see opportunities.

— Liubov, welcome – we are delighted to see you again. How do you see yourself today? What has become your source of inner support?
— Today, I see myself as someone who knows a great deal about herself yet remains curious about life. I have over 30 years of professional experience in real estate. My pillars have always been – and remain – family, work, and the pursuit of new knowledge. My current formula is: “I am here. And it makes sense.” It is about being where there is meaning, resources, and opportunity.

— Working with families reveals a great deal about people. What has this experience shown you about the strength of the Ukrainian woman?
— Working in real estate means working with people. Often, a husband makes the calls, arranges viewings, and discusses terms, but the final decision rests with the wife. She weighs everything up and considers what matters most to the family, often taking top priority of the children and their comfort and safety. To me, the strength of the Ukrainian woman lies in her wisdom: the ability to care for her loved ones and find solutions even in difficult circumstances. Over the years, I have come to realise just how much a family relies on the woman; that is why it is so important for her to find her own source of energy, giving her the strength to support both herself and her loved ones.

— What has gained special value for you over the years – in your profession, relationships, and life?
— For me, trust is the most important aspect of my profession. I have worked with many families for years. That is how I developed the concept of a “family realtor” – a professional entrusted with real estate as a key family asset. To me, happiness is a vibrant bouquet comprising love, joy, harmony, peace, security, and the freedom of choice. I consider family well-being to be one of the primary indicators of happiness, because a strong nation begins with well-being in the home.

— Where do you find inner balance while combining professional fulfilment with caring for your loved ones?
— For me, inner balance is the ability to find what energises me. I paint, run a blog, create videos, and read books about inspiring people. I attend events in search of new trends, connections, and positive emotions. I am constantly learning, because new knowledge opens up new opportunities. We fill our homes with things, light, color, and atmosphere so that we want to return to them. Similarly, it is important for a woman to fill herself with the things that help her shine from within.

— How would you describe yourself today? Which trait do you consider the most valuable?
— Goal-oriented, responsible, proactive, reliable – that is likely how I would describe myself today.
I would identify my most valuable trait as the ability to see opportunities. Even in a difficult situation, I ask myself: “What can be done here?”
That is probably why I have stayed in this profession for so many years. It is not enough for me to simply see a problem; I am driven to find a solution. This is the foundation of my consultations for families: analysing a real estate situation and identifying potential options. It is my life philosophy: the horizon of possibilities expands as long as we seek solutions and take action.
