У 2025 році у Відні Ганна Сарибаєва заснувала Open Dialogue Platform (ODP) — громадську організацію, що стала простором для міжнародного, міждисциплінарного та міжкультурного діалогу.
Її назва дуже точно передає філософію засновниці: складні питання сучасності неможливо вирішувати всередині закритих професійних середовищ.
Право сьогодні взаємодіє з технологіями. Публічне управління — з питаннями безпеки й демократичної стійкості. Захист прав людини — з цифровими правами, штучним інтелектом і новими викликами інформаційного суспільства. А європейська інтеграція України потребує не лише адаптації законодавства, а й постійної професійної розмови між науковцями, практиками, громадянським суспільством та інституціями різних країн.
Саме таким партнерським хабом позиціонує себе Open Dialogue Platform, реалізуючи освітні, правові та міжкультурні проєкти й об’єднуючи академічні установи, громадські організації та міжнародне середовище.
У 2026 році Ганна Сарибаєва представляла діяльність платформи на Ukrainian-European Forum у Відні, де в центрі професійного обговорення були розвиток українського права в європейському контексті, академічна співпраця та діалог між правничими спільнотами України і Європи.
Ще один показовий напрям — спільні заходи з українськими університетами та науковими центрами. Зокрема, Open Dialogue Platform разом із Центром українсько-європейського наукового співробітництва проводила круглий стіл, присвячений нормативній стабільності, європейській інтеграції, цифровій безпеці та збереженню національної правової ідентичності. Модерувала його Ганна Сарибаєва.
І саме тут особливо чітко проявляється масштаб її сьогоднішньої місії.
Україна для Ганни Сарибаєвої залишається не минулим професійним етапом, а повноправною частиною її європейського сьогодення.

For Doctor of Law and Associate Professor Hanna Sarybaieva, Europe has become precisely such a space, while building bridges between Ukrainian and European academic and civic communities has emerged as a key focus of the new chapter in her professional journey.

For more than twenty years, Hanna Sarybaieva’s professional career has been closely connected with legal scholarship and education. She holds a Doctor of Law degree and is an Associate Professor at the National University “Odesa Law Academy.” Administrative law, public administration, human rights, and the rule of law are among the fields in which she has developed extensive professional expertise as a scholar, educator, and researcher.
Hanna Sarybaieva’s professional path brings together legal scholarship, academic education, and international civic dialogue. Today, her work extends far beyond the national academic environment, connecting Ukrainian legal expertise with the broader European professional landscape.

Human rights protection now encompasses digital rights, artificial intelligence (AI), and the emerging challenges of the information society. Ukraine’s European integration requires not only the adaptation of legislation but also a continuous professional dialogue among scholars, practitioners, civil society, and institutions across different countries.
The Open Dialogue Platform positions itself as precisely this kind of partnership hub, implementing educational, legal, and intercultural projects while bringing together academic institutions, civil society organizations, and the international professional community.
In 2026, Hanna Sarybaieva presented the Platform’s activities at the Ukrainian-European Forum in Vienna, where professional discussions focused on the development of Ukrainian law within the European context, academic cooperation, and dialogue between the legal communities of Ukraine and Europe.
Another important area of the Platform’s work is its cooperation with Ukrainian universities and research centers. In particular, the Open Dialogue Platform, together with the Center for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation, held a roundtable devoted to regulatory stability, European integration, digital security, and the preservation of national legal identity. The discussion was moderated by Hanna Sarybaieva.
It is here that the scale of her present-day mission becomes particularly evident.
