В ексклюзивній розмові для нашого видання вона поділилася своїм баченням ролі мистецтва у сучасному світі.
— Вітаємо, пані Галино! Ми щиро раді новій зустрічі на сторінках нашого видання. Переконані, що Ваша історія знову надихне наших читачів. Чому мистецтво Ви називаєте «другою освітою»?
— Для мене творчість — це простір, у якому людина навчається мислити, аналізувати, не боятися помилок і довіряти власним рішенням. Саме ці навички сьогодні допомагають адаптуватися до змін, відкривати нові можливості та впевнено будувати майбутнє. Водночас мистецтво розвиває емоційний інтелект, вчить розуміти себе й інших, що є надзвичайно важливим у сучасному світі.
— На чому ґрунтується Ваша авторська концепція?
— Вона народилася на перетині педагогіки, мистецтва, журналістики, психологічної підтримки та соціальних проєктів. Моє завдання — створити середовище, де людина не лише опановує творчі техніки, а й відкриває власні здібності, знаходить нові сенси та сміливість реалізовувати свої ідеї. Особливо цінно бачити, як жінки повертають віру у власні можливості.
— Що найбільше вражає Вас у роботі з жінками?
— Найцінніший момент — коли людина говорить собі: «Я змогла». Разом із першою завершеною роботою народжується нова впевненість, яка допомагає зробити наступні кроки вже в житті чи професії. Саме так творчість стає початком глибоких внутрішніх змін. Особливо яскраво це проявилося у проєктах із українськими мисткинями за кордоном, де творчість допомогла не лише відновитися, а й підтримати інших через благодійні ініціативи.
— Яке значення має поєднання українського та європейського досвіду?
— Освіта має супроводжувати людину протягом усього життя. Мені близький європейський підхід, коли музеї, бібліотеки й культурні простори стають відкритими майданчиками для навчання та спілкування. Саме така атмосфера формує суспільство, у якому люди не бояться розвиватися, експериментувати й відкривати нові горизонти незалежно від віку.
— Про що мрієте сьогодні найбільше?
— Моя мрія — створити міжнародний освітньо-мистецький простір, що об’єднає творчість, культурний обмін, жіночі ініціативи та соціальні проєкти. Хочу, щоб якомога більше людей відчули: талант розкривається тоді, коли ми наважуємося зробити перший крок. Адже навіть одна творча дія здатна змінити внутрішній світ людини, а з цього починаються великі зміни.

Аrt is capable not only of inspiring, but also of becoming a powerful tool for personal development, education and social change. Halyna Stryzhachuk, the founder of the educational and artistic initiative “InspireArt”, is convinced that creativity helps people unlock their own potential, find inner strength and move forward with confidence. In an exclusive interview with our publication, she shared her vision of the role of art in the modern world.
— Welcome, Mrs. Halyna! We are truly delighted to have you back in the pages of our edition. We are convinced that your story will once again inspire our readers. Why do you call art “a second education”?
— For me, creativity is a space in which a person learns to think, analyse, not be afraid of making mistakes, and trust their own decisions. It is precisely these skills that help us today to adapt to change, discover new opportunities and build a future with confidence. At the same time, art develops emotional intelligence and teaches us to understand ourselves and others, which is extremely important in today’s world.
— What is your authorship concept based on?
— It was born at the intersection of education, the arts, journalism, psychological support and social projects. My task is to create an environment where people not only master creative techniques, but also discover their own abilities, find new meanings and gain the courage to bring their ideas to life. It is particularly valuable to see women regaining faith in their own potential.
— What impresses you most about working with women?
— The most valuable moment is when a person says to herself, “I could do it.” Along with the completion of their first piece of work, a new sense of confidence is born, which helps them take the next steps in their life or career. This is precisely how creativity becomes the starting point for profound inner change. This was particularly evident in projects involving Ukrainian female artists abroad, where creativity helped them not only to recover but also to support others through charitable initiatives.
— What is the significance of combining Ukrainian and European experience?
— Education should accompany a person throughout their life. I am drawn to the European approach, where museums, libraries and cultural spaces become open platforms for learning and communication. It is precisely this kind of atmosphere that shapes a society in which people are not afraid to develop, experiment and discover new horizons, regardless of their age.
— What is your biggest dream today?
— My dream is to create an international educational and artistic space that brings together creativity, cultural exchange, women’s initiatives and social projects. I want as many people as possible to feel that talent is revealed when we dare to take that first step. After all, even a single creative act can transform a person’s inner world, and that is where great changes begin.
