Саме цю місію сьогодні втілює Лілія Стаднік — президентка Fundacji Integracja poprzez sztukę у Польщі, амбасадорка культурної дипломатії та людина, яка доводить: мистецтво здатне об’єднувати серця й змінювати долі.

До Дня Незалежності України Лілія Стаднік стала частиною проєкту «Обличчя сучасної України» — ініціативи про людей, які щоденно створюють нову історію нашої держави через професіоналізм, людяність і відданість своїй справі.
Її шлях — це приклад того, як особиста місія може перерости у масштабний соціальний рух. У Польщі Лілія створила простір, де мистецтво стало основою інтеграції, розвитку та психологічної підтримки. Головна ідея її діяльності — допомогти кожній людині незалежно від віку, походження чи життєвих обставин відкрити власний потенціал, відчути підтримку та повернути віру у власні сили.
На базі фундації реалізуються десятки напрямів: арттерапія, музикотерапія для дітей і дорослих, творчі майстерні, театральні проєкти, заняття з йоги та оздоровчих практик, клуби для різних поколінь, освітні програми, культурні заходи та соціальні ініціативи. Кожен із цих напрямів має спільну мету — створити простір, у якому людина відчуває себе важливою, почутою та
прийнятою.
Особливе місце у діяльності Лілії Стаднік займає авторська арттерапевтична програма для лікарень і госпіталів України. Сьогодні вона спрямовує свій досвід на підтримку дітей, жінок, які пережили втрати, пацієнтів, що проходять лікування, а також медичних команд.
У співпраці із закладами екосистеми UNBROKEN мистецтво стає частиною процесу відновлення. Адже сучасна реабілітація — це не лише медичні процедури, а й турбота про емоційний стан людини, її здатність знову мріяти, творити та повертатися до повноцінного життя.
«Мистецтво — це не лише творчість. Це шлях до відновлення, підтримки та повернення людини до себе», — переконана Лілія Стаднік.
Її діяльність сьогодні є прикладом того, як культурні ініціативи можуть ставати мостами між країнами, об’єднувати громади та формувати нову якість міжнародної співпраці. Вона доводить: справжня сила України — у людях, які не лише долають виклики, а й створюють можливості для інших.

LILIIA STADNIK: AN AMBASSADOR FOR ART THAT UNITES AND RESTORES

In today’s world, art has long since gone beyond the boundaries of creativity. It has become a language of support, a way of recovery, and a tool that helps people find inner strength even during the most difficult periods of their lives. It is precisely this mission that Liliia Stadnik embodies today — as president of the Fundacja Integracja poprzez sztukę in Poland, an ambassador for cultural diplomacy, and a person who proves that art can unite hearts and change destinies.

To mark Ukraine’s Independence Day, Liliia Stadnik has joined the “Faces of Modern Ukraine” project — an initiative highlighting people who, through their professionalism, humanity and dedication to their work, are shaping the history of our nation every day.
Her journey is an example of how a personal mission can grow into a large-scale social movement. In Poland, Liliia has created a space where art has become the foundation for integration, development and psychological support. The main aim of her work is to help every person, regardless of age, background or life circumstances, to reveal their own potential, feel supported and regain faith in their own abilities.
The foundation runs dozens of programs: art therapy, music therapy for children and adults, creative workshops, theatre projects, yoga and wellness classes, intergenerational clubs, educational programmes, cultural events and social initiatives. Each of these programmes shares a common goal — to create a space where people feel valued, heard and accepted.
A special place in Liliia Stadnik’s work is occupied by her original art therapy programme for hospitals and clinics across Ukraine. Today, she channels her experience into supporting children, women who have experienced loss, patients undergoing treatment, and medical teams.
In collaboration with organisations within the UNBROKEN ecosystem, art becomes an integral part of the recovery process. After all, modern rehabilitation is not just about medical procedures, but also about caring for a person’s emotional well-being, their ability to dream again, to create, and to return to a full life.
“Art is not just about creativity. It is a path to recovery, support and a person’s return to their true self,” says Liliia Stadnik.
Her work today serves as an example of how cultural initiatives can build bridges between countries, bring communities together and shape a new kind of international cooperation. She demonstrates that Ukraine’s true strength lies in its people, who not only overcome challenges but also create opportunities for others.
