Сьогодні мистецтво стає не лише способом самовираження, а й потужним інструментом розвитку, спілкування та культурного діалогу. Саме так його сприймає Галина Стрижачук — мисткиня, педагогиня та авторка міжнародних культурних проєктів, яка нині реалізує творчі ініціативи, що об’єднують Україну та Європу.
— Галино, раді новій зустрічі з Вами! Сьогодні Ви живете та працюєте в Німеччині, активно розвиваючи міжнародні культурні проєкти. Як би Ви описали свою місію через мистецтво?
— Для мене мистецтво — це значно більше, ніж творчість. Це інструмент самопізнання, розвитку та єднання людей. Через культурні й освітні проєкти я прагну допомагати людям відкривати власний потенціал, знаходити натхнення та ширше бачити світ. Особливо важливим для мене є культурний діалог між Україною та Європою.
— Ви проводите творчі воркшопи в різних країнах Європи. Яка їхня головна мета?
— Такі зустрічі відбуваються у Німеччині, Польщі та Швейцарії. Для мене важливо не лише навчати творчих технік, а й створювати простір для спілкування, підтримки та обміну досвідом. Через творчість люди легше відкриваються, знаходять однодумців і нові можливості для розвитку.
— Ви часто говорите про розкриття людського потенціалу. Що вкладаєте в це поняття?
— Я переконана, що кожна людина має таланти та здібності. Моє завдання — допомогти їх побачити та наважитися розвивати. Мені хочеться, щоб люди жили повноцінно, займаючись тим, що приносить радість, натхнення і внутрішнє задоволення.
— Одним із напрямків Вашої діяльності є культурні подорожі. Чому це важливо для Вас?
— Подорожі допомагають глибше зрозуміти інші культури, розширюють світогляд і вчать цінувати різноманітність. Саме тому я прагну поєднувати творчість, освіту та культурний обмін у міжнародних проєктах.
— Символом цього інтерв’ю стали об’ємні колоски на Вашій роботі. Що вони означають для Вас?
— Колос є символом життя, розвитку та внутрішньої сили. Він нагадує про важливість особистісного зростання, прагнення до світла та водночас про збереження власного коріння і цінностей.
— Чому для Вас такими важливими є теми добра, світла та людяності?
— Тому що світ змінюється на краще завдяки людям. Мистецтво допомагає розвивати чутливість, повагу до інших і здатність бачити красу. Воно вчить не руйнувати, а творити.
— Що залишається за кадром успішних проєктів?
— За кожним результатом стоять праця, терпіння та роки досвіду. Саме шлях формує людину, допомагає ставати сильнішою і впевненіше рухатися вперед.
— Що для Вас означає справжній успіх?
— Для мене це люди, які завдяки творчості відкрили свої таланти, повірили у власні сили та знайшли своє покликання. Я вірю, що зерна творчості, які ми сіємо сьогодні, обов’язково дадуть добрі плоди завтра.
Діяльність Галини Стрижачук є яскравим прикладом того, як мистецтво здатне надихати, об’єднувати людей і відкривати нові можливості для самореалізації.

Halyna Stryzhachuk. “Art helps people not just to survive, but to truly live”
Today, art is becoming not only a means of self-expression, but also a powerful tool for development, communication and cultural dialogue. This is precisely how Halyna Stryzhachuk sees it — an artist, educator and creator of international cultural projects, who is currently carrying out creative initiatives that bring Ukraine and Europe together.
— Halyna, it’s a pleasure to meet you again! You now live and work in Germany, where you are actively developing international cultural projects. How would you describe your mission through art?
— For me, art is much more than just creativity. It is a tool for self-discovery, personal development and bringing people together. Through cultural and educational projects, I strive to help people unlock their own potential, find inspiration and see the world in a broader perspective. Cultural dialogue between Ukraine and Europe is particularly important to me.
— You run creative workshops in various European countries. What is their main aim?
— These meetings take place in Germany, Poland and Switzerland. For me, it is important not only to teach creative techniques, but also to create a space for communication, support and the exchange of experiences. Through creativity, people open up more easily, find like-minded people and discover new opportunities for personal development.
— You often talk about unlocking human potential. What do you mean by that?
— I am convinced that every person has talents and abilities. My task is to help them recognise these and find the courage to develop them. I want people to live life to the full, doing things that bring them joy, inspiration and inner satisfaction.
— One of the areas you focus on is cultural travel. Why is this important to you?
— Travelling helps us gain a deeper understanding of other cultures, broadens our worldview and teaches us to appreciate diversity. That is why I strive to combine creativity, education and cultural exchange in international projects.
— The three-dimensional ears of wheat in your artwork have become a symbol of this interview. What do they mean to you?
— The ear of wheat is a symbol of life, growth and inner strength. It reminds us of the importance of personal growth and the striving for light, whilst at the same time emphasising the need to preserve our roots and values.
— Why are the themes of goodness, light and humanity so important to you?
— Because the world is changing for the better thanks to people. Art helps to develop sensitivity, respect for others and the ability to see beauty. It teaches us to create, not to destroy.
— What remains behind the scenes of successful projects?
—Hard work, patience and years of experience lie behind every achievement. It is the journey itself that shapes a person, helping them to grow stronger and move forward with greater confidence.
— What does true success mean to you?
— To me, these are people who, through creativity, have discovered their talents, believed in their own abilities and found their calling. I believe that the seeds of creativity we sow today will surely yield good fruit tomorrow.
