У червні Україна відмічатиме День Конституції,і,я користуючись нагодою,хочу привітати всіх з прийдешнім святом.
День Конституції для мене – це не просто державне свято. Це нагадування про нашу свободу, силу та право бути собою у власній країні.
Сьогодні кожен із нас переживає непрості часи. Але саме зараз особливо відчувається цінність людей, які не здаються, працюють, підтримують інших, створюють нове й продовжують жити попри всі виклики.
Я щиро пишаюся українськими жінками – сильними, красивими, глибокими. Тими, які тримають сім’ї, бізнеси, команди, допомагають іншим і водночас знаходять у собі сили залишатися світлими.
Для мене справжня сила України – саме в людях. У нашій здатності об’єднуватися, відроджуватися після складних періодів і не втрачати віри в майбутнє.
Нехай у кожного з нас буде внутрішня свобода жити власним життям, не відкладати мрії «на потім» і будувати країну, у якій захочеться жити нашим дітям.
І найголовніше – цінувати життя вже зараз.

Dear Ukrainians!
In June, Ukraine will celebrate Constitution Day, and I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone on this upcoming holiday.
Constitution Day for me is not just a national holiday. It is a reminder of our freedom, strength and right to be ourselves in our own country.
Today, each of us is going through difficult times. But right now, the value of people who do not give up, work, support others, create new things and continue to live despite all challenges is especially felt.
I am sincerely proud of Ukrainian women – strong, beautiful, and deep. Those who keep families, businesses, teams, help others and at the same time find the strength to remain bright.
For me, the real strength of Ukraine is in its people – in our ability to unite, to be reborn after difficult periods and not to lose faith in the future.
May each of us have the inner freedom to live our own lives, not to postpone our dreams “for later” and to build a country in which our children will want to live.
And the most important thing is to appreciate life now.

Юлія Кушнір: «Я більше не применшую себе, щоб комусь було зручно»
Ім’я Юлії Кушнір давно стало впізнаваним не лише у beauty-індустрії, а й у просторі сучасного жіночого лідерства. Засновниця «Студії волосся Юлії Кушнір» у Дрогобичі, суддя міжнародних професійних чемпіонатів, наставниця та авторка соціального проєкту «Відродження», вона неодноразово ставала героїнею глянцевих видань і професійних публікацій. Сьогодні її діяльність — значно більше, ніж про красу. Це про внутрішню силу жінки, впевненість у собі та сміливість жити власним життям.
— Пані Юліє, сьогодні Ви є однією з найвідоміших представниць своєї сфери. Як змінилося Ваше розуміння успіху від початку кар’єри до сьогодні?
— Колись мені здавалося, що успіх — це швидкість: більше клієнтів, більше роботи, більше результатів. Я багато працювала і постійно доводила собі, що можу ще більше.
Сьогодні успіх для мене — це внутрішній стан. Можливість жити своє життя, не зраджуючи себе. Це команда, яку я створила, жінки, які виходять від мене впевненішими, і розуміння того, що моя робота має значно глибший сенс, ніж просто краса.
— За роки роботи Ви здобули професійне визнання, нагороди та статус судді міжнародних чемпіонатів. Які досягнення вважаєте найціннішими особисто для себе?
— Найцінніше для мене — це люди. Моя команда, клієнти, учениці, які колись приходили невпевненими, а сьогодні відкривають власні студії та зростають у професії.
Особливе місце посідає проєкт «Відродження». Саме він показав мені, що моя професія може не лише змінювати зовнішність, а й допомагати жінкам повертати себе після складних періодів життя.
— Ви часто говорите про внутрішню силу жінки. Які якості сьогодні допомагають жінкам досягати результатів і залишатися собою?
— Думаю, найважливіше — не втрачати себе в гонитві за ідеальністю. Сьогодні жінкам постійно диктують, якими вони мають бути. Але справжня сила — це чесність із собою.
Уміння сказати «ні». Не жити чужими очікуваннями. І вміння будувати внутрішню опору, а не залежати лише від мотивації чи схвалення інших.
— Проєкт «Відродження» став важливою частиною Вашої діяльності. Чому для Вас було важливо створити ініціативу із соціальною місією?
— У якийсь момент я зрозуміла, що краса може бути значно глибшою, ніж здається.
Коли до мене почали приходити жінки після онкології та складних життєвих випробувань, я побачила, наскільки сильно волосся впливає на самооцінку й бажання знову бачити себе красивою.
Так з’явився проєкт «Відродження». Для мене це не просто про волосся. Це про повернення жінки до себе.
— Чи був у Вашому житті момент, коли довелося буквально відроджуватися самій?
— Такі моменти були не раз. Були періоди великої втоми, переосмислення, моменти, коли потрібно було заново будувати себе, свій бізнес і свої цілі.
Але саме такі етапи найбільше загартовують. Вони вчать не боятися починати знову і показують, наскільки сильнішою може стати людина після складних періодів життя.
— Сьогодні Ви є прикладом для багатьох жінок. Що для Вас означає бути лідеркою?
— Для мене лідерка — це не про ідеальність чи контроль. Це про приклад, чесність і здатність створювати середовище, у якому зростають інші.
Я хочу, щоб жінки, дивлячись на мене, розуміли: не потрібно бути ідеальною, щоб будувати велике життя.
— Якщо зазирнути уперед на декілька років, якою Ви бачите свою головну місію?
— Мені важливо не лише розвивати beauty-індустрію та навчати майстрів працювати якісно. Найбільше я хочу показувати жінкам власним прикладом, що можна зростати, змінюватися, починати нове в будь-якому віці й водночас залишатися собою.
І найголовніше — не відкладати життя «на потім».

Yuliia Kushnir: “I no longer diminish myself just to make someone else feel comfortable”
The name of Yuliia Kushnir has long become recognisable not only in the beauty industry, but also in the space of modern female leadership. The founder of the «Yuliia Kushnir Hair Studio» in Drohobych, a judge of international professional championships, a mentor and author of the social project «Revival», she has repeatedly become the heroine of glossy magazines and professional publications. Today, her work is much more than about beauty. It is about a woman’s inner strength, self-confidence and the courage to live her own life.
— Mrs. Yuliia, today you are one of the most famous representatives of your field. How has your understanding of success changed from the beginning of your career to today?
— I once thought success was about speed: more clients, more work, and more results. I worked hard and constantly proved to myself that I could do even more.
Today, success for me is an inner state. It’s the ability to live my life without betraying myself. It’s the team I’ve built, the women who leave me feeling more confident, and the realisation that my work has a much deeper meaning than just beauty.
— Over the years, you have gained professional recognition, won awards and achieved the status of a judge at international championships. Which of these achievements do you personally consider the most valuable?
— The most valuable thing for me is people – my team, clients, students who once came in unsure, but today open their own studios and grow in the profession.
The «Revival» project holds a special place. It was he who showed me that my profession can not only change appearance, but also help women regain themselves after difficult periods in life.
— You often talk about a woman’s inner strength. What qualities help women today to achieve their goals and remain true to themselves?
— I think the most important thing is not to lose yourself in the pursuit of perfection. Today, women are constantly being told what they should be. But true strength is being honest with yourself.
The ability to say “no”, not to live by other people’s expectations, and the ability to build inner support, and not to depend only on the motivation or approval of others – these qualities are important.
— The «Revival» project has become an important part of your work. Why was it important for you to launch an initiative with a social mission?
— At some point, I realised that beauty can be much deeper than it seems.
When women started coming to me after oncology and difficult life trials, I saw how much hair affects self-esteem and the desire to see themselves beautiful again.
That’s how the «Revival» project came about. For me, it’s not just about hair. It’s about a woman’s return to herself.
— Was there a moment in your life when you had to literally revive yourself?
— There have been many such moments. There have been periods of great exhaustion, times of rethinking, and moments when I had to rebuild myself, my business and my goals from scratch.
But it is precisely these stages that toughen you up the most. They teach you not to be afraid to start again and show just how much stronger a person can become after going through difficult times.
— Today, you are an example for many women. What does being a leader mean to you?
— For me, leadership isn’t about perfection or control. It’s about setting an example, being honest, and creating an environment where others can grow.
I want women, when they look at me, to realise that you don’t have to be perfect to build a great life.
— Looking a few years ahead, what do you see as your main mission?
— It is important to me not only to develop the beauty industry and teach masters to work qualitatively. Most of all, I want to show women by my own example that you can grow, change, start something new at any age and at the same time remain herself.
And most importantly, do not put off life «for later».
