У кожному складному періоді історії особливо чітко видно тих, хто не зламався. Тих, хто не просто виживає — а створює. Працює. Підтримує. Світить.
Саме так народився наш проєкт «Жінки, які надихають».
Це не про гучні слова і не про пафос. Це про внутрішню силу. Про професіоналізм, який формується роками. Про жінок, які будують бізнес, лікують, навчають, керують командами, створюють красу, допомагають іншим і при цьому залишаються джерелом світла для свого оточення.
Сьогодні українська жінка — це не просто роль. Це відповідальність. Це стратегія. Це лідерство з людським обличчям.
Мені важливо, щоб сторінки нашого видання ставали простором визнання. Щоб історії сильних, розумних, талановитих жінок фіксувалися не лише в соціальних мережах, а в історії сучасного професійного середовища.
«Жінки, які надихають» — це про тих, хто не чекає кращих часів. Вони створюють їх самі.
І я з гордістю відкриваю цю рубрику.

The international magazine MILLENIUM CLUB presents the project “Women Who Inspire”

In every difficult period of history, those who did not break become especially visible. Those who do not simply survive — but create. Work. Support. Shine.
This is how our project “Women Who Inspire” was born.
It is not about loud words or pathos. It is about inner strength. About professionalism shaped over years. About women who build businesses, heal, teach, lead teams, create beauty, support others — and at the same time remain a source of light for those around them.
Today, a Ukrainian woman is not just a role. It is responsibility. It is strategy. It is leadership with a human face.
It is important to me that the pages of our publication become a space of recognition. That the stories of strong, intelligent, talented women are recorded not only on social media, but in the history of today’s professional community.
“Women Who Inspire” is about those who do not wait for better times. They create them.
And I am proud to open this column.
