— Галина! Раді новій зустрічі з Вами. Що саме підтримує Вас у моменти сумнівів та викликів?

— Мене тримає віра — у Бога, у сенс кожного досвіду, у зростання через випробування. Опорою є родинні цінності: чесність, відповідальність, повага до людини. Я нагадую собі: сила — не в контролі, а в здатності зберігати внутрішній спокій і діяти свідомо, з гідністю та любов’ю до ближніх.

— У яких ситуаціях поєднання професіоналізму й людяності принесло найбільш відчутні зміни?

— Під час роботи з командою в умовах напруження я зробила ставку не лише на чітку організацію, а й на підтримку та відкритий діалог. Атмосфера партнерства дала результат: процеси пришвидшилися, ініціативність зросла, а кожен учасник відчув себе лідером. Людяність посилила професійну складову — і це стало точкою зростання та взаємної довіри.

— Що стало для Вас досвідом, який найбільше зміцнив віру у власні ресурси?
— Робота з жінками в кризових обставинах. Коли бачиш, як після розгубленості людина знаходить у собі силу рухатися далі, розумієш: внутрішній ресурс є в кожному. Підтримка команди й виклики воєнного часу лише поглибили мою віру — у себе й у людей, у нашу здатність відновлюватися.

— Чи траплявся випадок, що назавжди залишив слід у серці та змінив погляд на професію?

— Таких історій багато. Найцінніший момент — коли бачиш зміни в очах людини. Коли підтримка повертає надію й мотивацію, приходить глибоке усвідомлення правильності обраного шляху. Особливо тоді, коли сама проходиш складні етапи — це робить допомогу щирою, глибокою й по-справжньому живою.

— У чому проявилася сила Ваших принципів у період невизначеності?

— Я обрала чесність і прозорість у комунікації. Відверта розмова про труднощі та перспективи створила атмосферу стабільності та довіри. Люди відчули власну значущість — і це надихнуло їх діяти впевнено, брати відповідальність і підтримувати одне одного.

— Чим Ви наповнюєте свій внутрішній ресурс, щоб залишатися собою та відкривати нові можливості?

— Молитва, рефлексія, дисципліна й постійне навчання. Я звіряю рішення з цінностями й пам’ятаю: мій шлях — це служіння через професіоналізм, наповнений внутрішнім світлом, закладеним родиною та підкріпленим вірою.

Справжня сила жінки — у вірності своїм цінностям. Коли управління поєднується з людяністю, а професіоналізм — із вірою, навіть у часи випробувань народжується простір довіри, підтримки й глибоких трансформацій.

Your work is a harmonious combination of psychological depth, managerial wisdom and a keen sense of the human soul. You help teenagers, young people and adults find inner strength, discover their own resources and regain self-confidence. Your approach is a delicate force that combines strategic thinking with empathy. Today we are talking about the true power of women — loyalty to values, a combination of professionalism with humanity and faith, which creates a space of trust even in the most difficult times.

— Halyna! We are happy to welcome you again! What exactly supports you in moments of doubt and challenge?

— I am sustained by my faith — in God, in the meaning of every experience, in growth through trials. My family values are my foundation: honesty, responsibility, respect for others. I remind myself that strength does not lie in control, but in the ability to maintain inner peace and act consciously, with dignity and love for others.

— In what situations has the combination of professionalism and humanity brought about the most significant changes?

— When working with the team under stressful conditions, I relied not only on clear organisation, but also on support and open dialogue. The atmosphere of partnership yielded results: processes accelerated, initiative increased, and each participant felt like a leader. Humanity strengthened the professional component — and this became a point of growth and mutual trust.

— What was the experience that most strengthened your faith in your own resources?

— Working with women in crisis situations. When you see how, after feeling lost, a person finds the strength to move on, you realise that everyone has inner resources. The support of the team and the challenges of wartime have only deepened my faith — in myself and in people, in our ability to recover.

— Has there ever been an incident that left a permanent mark on your heart and changed your view of the profession?

— There are many such stories. The most valuable moment is when you see the change in a person’s eyes. When support restores hope and motivation, a deep awareness of the correctness of the chosen path comes. Especially when you yourself are going through difficult stages — it makes the help sincere, profound and truly alive.

— How did the strength of your principles manifest itself during this period of uncertainty?

— I chose honesty and transparency in communication. Frank discussions about difficulties and prospects created an atmosphere of stability and trust. People felt their own importance, and this inspired them to act confidently, take responsibility, and support each other.

— How do you replenish your inner resources to remain true to yourself and discover new opportunities?

— Prayer, reflection, discipline, and continuous learning. I check my decisions against my values and remember that my path is one of service through professionalism, filled with an inner light instilled by my family and reinforced by faith.

A woman’s true strength lies in her fidelity to her values. When management is combined with humanity, and professionalism with faith, even in times of trial, a space of trust, support and profound transformation is born.
