Федір ЧЕРЕВКО — стоматолог і засновник Cherevko Dental Clinic у Полтаві. Це клініка, де пацієнт завжди на першому місці. — Федоре, що надихнуло Вас створити Cherevko Dental Clinic і яку місію Ви ставите перед своєю командою?
— Ще з 2010 року, працюючи на кафедрі при Українській медичній стоматологічній академії, я накопичив досвід та авторитет серед пацієнтів. Протягом п’яти років сформував велику клієнтську базу, підготував двох студентів-стоматологів. Однак ми працювали в обмежених умовах — орендували два кабінети, що створювало незручності для клієнтів.

Я прагнув забезпечити максимальний комфорт для пацієнтів. Так з’явилася власна клініка. Вона названа моїм прізвищем, адже планую надалі розвивати свій бренд.

— Багато людей бояться стоматологів. Як забезпечуєте комфорт і безболісність для пацієнтів?
— Комфорт створюють усі працівники клініки: лікарі, адміністратори, асистенти. Вони доброзичливі, щирі та привітні. Інтер’єр клініки також грає важливу роль. Ми зробили якісний ремонт, створили затишний простір. Тож пацієнти навіть з інших міст, зокрема Києва, з першого кроку почуваються майже як удома.

Не менш важливе спілкування: перед початком процедур ми обговорюємо весь процес, пояснюємо методи лікування, налаштовуємо пацієнта морально. Це допомагає зняти страх і забезпечити безболісне лікування.

— Cherevko Dental Clinic пропонує повний спектр лікування. Як обираєте методи і технології для досягнення найкращих результатів?
— Стоматологія розвивається дуже швидко, і ми дотримуємося сучасних світових протоколів. Технології дозволяють проводити лікування якісно і безболісно. Але ключові фактори — лікар, його досвід і підготовка пацієнта. Теоретична поінформованість пацієнта і моральна готовність людини, взаєморозуміння між лікарем і пацієнтом — основа успішного лікування.

— Команда лікарів — серце клініки. Як Ви формуєте і підтримуєте команду, щоб пацієнт відчував увагу та професіоналізм на кожному етапі?
— Я обираю молодих, перспективних і розумних лікарів з розвиненими мануальними навичками. Молодих — бо їм можна передати власний підхід до лікування. Мої принципи — увага до пацієнта, доброта, щирість і простота.

Крім технічної майстерності та дотримання протоколів, лікар завжди має перевіряти самопочуття пацієнта, запитувати про його комфорт.

— Які нові тенденції стоматології надихають Вас і куди плануєте рухатися у розвитку Cherevko Dental Clinic?
— Стоматологія в Україні сьогодні відповідає світовим стандартам і тримає високий рівень. Але найбільше надихають усмішки наших пацієнтів. Радість, яку ми можемо подарувати, особливо, коли виконуємо тотальні роботи.

Плануємо розвивати Cherevko Dental Clinic по всій Україні. Наразі через війну всі наші ресурси спрямовані на підтримку держави. Коли війна закінчиться, ми повернемося до активного розвитку: відкриємо клініку в Києві, розширимо присутність на заході України, а згодом — і за кордоном. Це і є наш шлях розвитку та розширення мережі філій.

Fedir Cherevko is a dentist and founder of Cherevko Dental Clinic in Poltava. This is a clinic where the patient always is the first. Over the years of work, more than 20 thousand patients have entrusted the clinic’s specialists with the care of their smile. — Fedir, what inspired you to create Cherevko Dental Clinic and what mission do you set for your team?
— Since 2010, working at the department at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy, I have accumulated experience and authority among patients. Over the course of five years, I have formed a large client base, trained two dental students. However, we worked in limited conditions – we rented two offices, which created inconvenience for clients.

I sought to provide maximum comfort for patients. This is how my own clinic appeared. It is named after my last name, because I plan to further develop my brand.

— Many people are afraid of dentists. How do you ensure comfort and painlessness for patients?
— Comfort is created by all the clinic employees: doctors, administrators, assistants. They are friendly, sincere and welcoming. The interior of the clinic also plays an important role. We have made high-quality repairs, created a cozy space. So patients even from other cities, including Kyiv, feel almost at home from the first step.
Communication is no less important: before starting the procedures, we discuss the entire process, explain the treatment methods, and set the patient up morally. This helps to relieve fear and ensure painless treatment.

— Cherevko Dental Clinic offers a full range of treatments. How do you choose methods and technologies to achieve the best results?
— Dentistry is developing very quickly, and we adhere to modern world protocols. Technologies allow us to provide high-quality and painless treatment. But the key factors are the doctor, his experience and the patient’s preparation. The patient’s theoretical awareness and moral readiness of the person, mutual understanding between the doctor and the patient are the basis of successful treatment.

— The team of doctors is the heart of the clinic. How do you form and support the team so that the patient feels attention and professionalism at every stage?
— I choose young, promising and intelligent doctors with developed manual skills. Young – because I can pass on my own approach to treatment to them. My principles are attention to the patient, kindness, sincerity and simplicity.

In addition to technical skill and adherence to protocols, the doctor should always check on the patient’s well-being and ask about their comfort.

— What new trends in dentistry inspire you and where do you plan to move in the development of Cherevko Dental Clinic?
— Dentistry in Ukraine today meets world standards and maintains a high level. But the smiles of our patients and the joy that we can give are the most inspiring, especially when we perform total work.

We plan to develop Cherevko Dental Clinic throughout Ukraine. Currently, due to the war, all our resources are directed to supporting the state. When the war is over, we will return to active development: we will open a clinic in Kyiv, expand our presence in western Ukraine, and later – abroad. This is our path to development and expansion of the branch network.
