Лауреатка номінацій Rising Star, Most Requested Lash Stylist, Client’s Choice, сертифікована міжнародна суддя World Beauty Championship та IBJA.
В інтерв’ю для міжнародного журналу MILLENIUM CLUB Тетяна розповідає про внутрішній шлях майстра, професійні принципи, відповідальність за результат і своє бачення майбутнього beauty-індустрії.

— Тетяно, Ваша участь у міжнародних чемпіонатах і перемоги на світовій арені — зокрема IBA Beauty Awards, World Beauty Championship та чемпіонаті «Імперія краси» у Вашингтоні, де Ви здобули одразу три перших і одне третє місце, — це серйозне професійне визнання. Що для Вас особисто означають такі нагороди і як вони вплинули на Ваше внутрішнє відчуття себе як майстрині та експертки?
— Для мене ці нагороди — значно більше, ніж титули чи медалі. Це підтвердження того, що мій внутрішній шлях як майстрині був обраний правильно. Кожен міжнародний чемпіонат — це насамперед виклик собі: власним страхам, сумнівам і межам. Перемоги на IBA Beauty Awards, World Beauty Championship та чемпіонаті «Імперії краси» у Вашингтоні дали мені глибоке відчуття внутрішньої опори. Я відчула себе не лише майстринею, а експерткою, чий підхід, бачення та естетика мають цінність на світовому рівні. Разом із впевненістю прийшла й підвищена відповідальність — перед клієнтами, колегами і самою професією.
— Ви неодноразово брали участь у міжнародних конкурсах у різні роки та здобували титули Rising Star, Most Requested Lash Stylist, Client’s Choice. Як із досвідом змінюється внутрішній стан під час змагань: з’являється більше спокою й усвідомленості чи, навпаки, зростає відповідальність і вимогливість до себе?
— З досвідом змінюється все. Якщо на початку це було сильне хвилювання й бажання довести свою спроможність, то сьогодні — це усвідомленість і глибока внутрішня зосередженість. Водночас суттєво зросла вимогливість до себе. Титули Rising Star, Most Requested Lash Stylist, Client’s Choice навчили мене, що кожен новий конкурс — це не повторення минулих перемог, а новий старт з новими викликами. Зовні я стала спокійнішою, але внутрішньо — глибшою, уважнішою й чеснішою із собою.
— Ви працюєте в кількох напрямках — перманентний макіяж, ламінування вій і брів, brow-дизайн, нарощування вій. Водночас Ви регулярно перемагаєте у міжнародних конкурсах. Які професійні принципи та стандарти залишаються для Вас незмінними незалежно від трендів, конкурсних критеріїв чи очікувань клієнтів?
— Незалежно від напрямку — перманентний макіяж, ламінування, brow-дизайн чи нарощування вій — для мене завжди незмінними залишаються три принципи: безпека, естетична гармонія та повага до індивідуальності людини. Я ніколи не працюю «проти обличчя» клієнта й не слідую моді заради моди. Тренди змінюються, конкурсні критерії оновлюються, але професійна етика, якість матеріалів і відповідальність за результат залишаються основою моєї роботи.
— Ви стали лауреаткою IBA Beauty Awards у номінації Client’s Choice, що говорить не лише про техніку, а й про довіру клієнтів. Як знаходите баланс між високими конкурсними стандартами індустрії краси та природною гармонією й індивідуальністю кожної людини?
— Для мене це насамперед про довіру. Баланс між високими конкурсними стандартами та живою людиною досягається через уважність і діалог. Я завжди слухаю клієнта: його ритм життя, характер, очікування. Моє завдання — не нав’язати ідеал, а підкреслити природну красу так, щоб людина почувалася гармонійно й упевнено. Саме ця філософія, на мою думку, і знаходить відгук у клієнтів.

• Міжнародні чемпіонати — це завжди висока конкуренція, тиск і чіткі вимоги. Які навички, риси характеру або професійні рішення, на Вашу думку, стали ключовими у тому, що саме за останні роки Ви досягли настільки стабільно високих результатів?
  — Ключовими стали дисципліна, постійне навчання й внутрішня чесність. Я ніколи не зупиняюся на досягнутому й регулярно критично аналізую свої роботи. Важливою є й психологічна стійкість — уміння працювати під тиском, не порівнювати себе з іншими, а зосереджуватися на власному професійному рівні. Саме це дозволило мені демонструвати стабільно високі результати впродовж останніх років.
• Сьогодні Ви не лише переможниця міжнародних чемпіонатів, а й сертифікований міжнародний суддя World Beauty Championship та IBJA. Як досвід суддівства вплинув на Ваше бачення професії та вимоги до якості роботи в beauty-індустрії?
  — Суддівство значно розширило моє професійне бачення. Я ще глибше зрозуміла різницю між «красиво» і «професійно». Воно навчило дивитися на роботу системно: оцінювати не лише техніку, а й логіку, безпеку, відповідність образу, чистоту виконання. Цей досвід підвищив мої власні стандарти та вимоги до якості роботи в beauty-індустрії загалом.
• Маючи такий потужний міжнародний досвід і професійний бекграунд, у якому напрямку Ви бачите свій подальший розвиток: посилення особистого бренду, навчальні проєкти, міжнародні колаборації чи нові конкурсні вершини?
  — Я бачу його багатовекторним. Це і посилення особистого бренду, і створення навчальних проєктів, і міжнародні колаборації. Водночас конкурсна арена залишається для мене простором зростання й натхнення. Мені важливо не лише досягати нових вершин, а й ділитися досвідом і підвищувати загальний рівень професії.

TETIANA ROZHNOVA: INTERNATIONAL AWARDS ARE NOT ABOUT TITLES. THEY ARE ABOUT INNER STRENGTH AND RESPONSIBILITY TO THE PROFESSION

Тetiana ROZHNOVA is a beauty industry master with strong international recognition. She is a winner and prize-winner of prestigious world championships such as the IBA Beauty Awards, World Beauty Championship, and the “Empire of Beauty” Championship in Washington, where she won three first places and one third place. She is a laureate of the Rising Star, Most Requested Lash Stylist, and Client’s Choice nominations, as well as a certified international judge for the World Beauty Championship and IBJA.
In an interview for the international magazine MILLENIUM CLUB, Tetiana talks about her inner journey as a master, her professional principles, responsibility for results, and her vision for the future of the beauty industry.

— Tetiana, your participation in international championships and victories on the world stage — in particular, the IBA Beauty Awards, the World Beauty Championship, and the “Empire of Beauty” championship in Washington, where you won three first and one third place — is a serious professional recognition. What do such awards mean to you personally and how have they influenced your inner sense of yourself as a craftswoman and expert?
— For me, these awards are much more than titles or medals. They are confirmation that I have chosen the right path as a master. Every international championship is, first and foremost, a challenge to myself: to my own fears, doubts and limitations. Victories at the IBA Beauty Awards, World Beauty Championship and “Empire of Beauty” Championship in Washington gave me a deep sense of inner strength. I felt not only like a master, but also like an expert whose approach, vision and aesthetics are valued on a global level. Along with confidence came increased responsibility — to clients, colleagues and the profession itself.
— You have repeatedly participated in international competitions over the years and won titles such as Rising Star, Most Requested Lash Stylist, and Client’s Choice. How does your inner state change during competitions as you gain experience: do you become more calm and aware, or, on the contrary, do you feel more responsibility and demand more of yourself?
— Everything changes with experience. If at first it was strong excitement and a desire to prove my abilities, today it is awareness and deep inner focus. At the same time, I have become much more demanding of myself. The titles Rising Star, Most Requested Lash Stylist, and Client’s Choice have taught me that each new competition is not a repeat of past victories, but a new start with new challenges. Outwardly, I have become calmer, but inwardly, I have become deeper, more attentive, and more honest with myself.
— You work in several areas — permanent makeup, eyelash and eyebrow lamination, brow design, eyelash extensions. At the same time, you regularly win international competitions. What professional principles and standards remain unchanged for you regardless of trends, competition criteria or customer expectations?
— Regardless of the direction — permanent makeup, lamination, brow design or eyelash extensions — three principles always remain unchanged for me: safety, aesthetic harmony and respect for individuality. I never work “against” the client’s face and do not follow fashion for fashion’s sake. Trends change, competition criteria are updated, but professional ethics, quality of materials and responsibility for the result remain the basis of my work.
— You won the IBA Beauty Awards in the Client’s Choice category, which speaks not only about your technique but also about your clients’ trust. How do you find a balance between the high competitive standards of the beauty industry and the natural harmony and individuality of each person?
— For me, it is primarily about trust. The balance between high competitive standards and a living person is achieved through attentiveness and dialogue. I always listen to the client: their rhythm of life, character, and expectations. My task is not to impose an ideal, but to emphasise natural beauty so that a person feels harmonious and confident. It is this philosophy, in my opinion, that finds a response from clients.
— What qualities have helped you achieve consistently high results?
— Discipline, continuous learning and inner honesty have been key. I never rest on my laurels and regularly critically analyse my work. Psychological resilience is also important — the ability to work under pressure, not to compare yourself to others, but to focus on your own professional level. This is what has allowed me to demonstrate consistently high results over the past few years.
— How has your experience as an international judge influenced your perception of the profession?
— Judging has greatly expanded my professional vision. I have gained a deeper understanding of the difference between “beautiful” and “professional.” It has taught me to look at work systematically: to evaluate not only technique, but also logic, safety, image consistency, and cleanliness of execution. This experience has raised my own standards and requirements for the quality of work in the beauty industry as a whole.
— In what direction do you see your further development?
— I see it as multi-faceted. It includes strengthening my personal brand, creating educational projects, and international collaborations. At the same time, the competitive arena remains a space for growth and inspiration for me. It is important for me not only to reach new heights, but also to share my experience and raise the overall level of the profession.
