— Вас називають жінкою-мультибрендом. Які напрями Ви поєднуєте?
— Я керую брендом NDSport — унікальні товари для повітряної гімнастики, представлені в 11 країнах. NDSpace — це медіастудія, шоурум і фотостудія для гімнастів та експертів.
Я — президентка Федерації, організаторка чемпіонатів і курсів для тренерів. І наставниця жінок, які прагнуть трансформацій.
— З чого почалася Ваша історія?
— Я не знайшла якісного продукту — і створила його сама. Без команди, без досвіду. Лише з вірою, що можу більше.
Мій шлях — не про вдалий старт. А про щоденні рішення не здаватися.
— Як Вам вдається поєднувати бізнес, федерацію, материнство?
— Я не балансую — я інтегрую. Діти — моє натхнення. Бізнес — реалізація. Наставництво — поклик. Я — не ролі. Я — цілісна. І це моя суперсила.
— Коли Ви вирішили вести за собою інших?
— Коли побачила, скільки жінок не вірять, що можуть більше.
Я знаю, як це — бути на нулі. І не можу мовчати.
Мій бренд — не про «я», а про «можливо» для інших.
— У чому сила сучасної жінки?
— У виборі себе. Справжня жінка може бути і сильною, і ніжною.
Я створюю простір, де не треба нічого «доводити». Через наставництво і NDSpace я допомагаю проявити глибину, а не фасад.
— Куди можуть звернутися жінки, які готові до змін?
— До мене.

Anna Miskevych-Kondratiuk is a successful entrepreneur, mother of brands, president of the Ukrainian Aerial Gymnastics Federation, mentor and innovator in media and sports. — You are called a multi-brand woman. What areas do you combine?
— I manage the NDSport brand – unique products for aerial gymnastics, represented in 11 countries. NDSpace is a media studio, showroom and photo studio for gymnasts and experts.
I am the president of the Federation, organiser of championships and courses for coaches.
— How did your story begin?
— I couldn’t find a quality product, so I created it myself – without a team, without experience; only with the belief that I could do more.
My journey is not about a successful start. It is about daily decisions not to give up.

— How do you manage to combine business, the federation, and motherhood?
— I don’t balance – I integrate. Children are my inspiration. Business is my fulfilment. Mentoring is a calling. I am not some roles. I am a whole person. And this is my superpower.

— When did you decide to lead others?
— When I saw how many women did not believe they could do more.
I know what it’s like to be at zero. And I cannot remain silent.
My brand is not about “me”, but about “possible” for others.

— What is the power of a modern woman?
— In choosing yourself. A real woman can be both strong and tender.
I create a space where there is no need to “prove” anything. Through mentoring and NDSpace, I help to show the depth, not the facade.
