Друзі, привіт! Сьогодні знову на наших сторінках – неймовірна жінка Леся РОМАНЕНКО, справжній драйвер м’ясного бізнесу! Її енергія та відданість своїй справі вражають. Але ще більше захоплює її прагнення допомагати братам нашим меншим і, звісно ж, військовим. Адже останні три роки показали: міць української жінки – це основа її сьогодення та запорука щастя її близьких.
– Пані Лесю, раді знову бачити Вас на наших сторінках. Якими новинами готові поділитися сьогодні?
– Знаєте, новини щодня вражають кожного з нас – і в різній мірі. Але найважливішими залишаються ті, що свідчать про прагнення та наближення перемоги. На фронті, в бізнесі, у благодійності… Це новини нашого щоденного життя, які мають велике значення для кожного українця. Сьогодні не можу виокремити щось конкретне, адже всі питання нині важливі, особливо збори для наших захисників.
– Багато людей цікавляться розвитком бізнесу. В якому стані зараз Ваше підприємство?
– Бізнес працює, хоча й потребує подальшого розвитку. Але я точно знаю: наша продукція – відмінної якості. Ми продовжуємо вдосконалюватися, і впевнена, що досягнемо ще кращих результатів. Сьогодні вести бізнес у такій сфері непросто, але саме він дає мені змогу робити свій внесок у наше майбутнє.
– Чи маєте якісь поради для підприємців?
– Не здавайтеся за жодних обставин! Боріться за свій продукт, за його якість, за його затребуваність. Це – найголовніше!
– Пані Лесю, Ви продовжуєте активно займатися волонтерською діяльністю. Чи стикаєтеся з вигоранням?
– Авжеж, усі ми люди. Але зараз не можна опускати руки. Треба знаходити те, що мотивує. Наприклад, нашу перемогу. Адже якщо її не буде – не буде ні бізнесу, ні вигорання, ні відновлення, як у Фенікса. Нам усім давно варто усвідомити: майбутнє – у наших руках. І тим більше – майбутнє наших дітей.
Коли всі ми, дорослі, це зрозуміємо, вигорання втратить свою актуальність. Так, відпочинок потрібен, але його варто шукати у моментах єднання з близькими, природою, тваринами… Це допомагає і мені, і моїм однодумцям. До того ж, коли у стані вигорання починаєш дбати про когось меншого за себе, усе стає на свої місця – і енергія повертається. Бо віддаючи, ми отримуємо!
– Лесю, ми знаємо, скільки Ви з однодумцями робите для наших військових і тварин. Про що мрієте сьогодні?
– Мрію про перемогу. І не просто про перемогу на полі бою, а про перемогу над темрявою, що нависла над нашою землею.
Я хочу, щоб усі воїни повернулися додому живими та здоровими, щоб кожна мати, дружина та дитина дочекалися свого героя. Щоб кожен, хто віддав частину себе за нашу свободу, повернувся до мирного життя, де його чекатиме повага та вдячність.
Хочу, щоб наше суспільство стало єдиним у думках і прагненнях, щоб ми всі були непохитною стіною перед ворогом.
THE POWER OF A UKRAINIAN WOMAN: LESIA ROMANENKO ON BUSINESS, VOLUNTEERING AND VICTORY
Нello, friends! Today, again on our pages, you can see an incredible woman, Lesia ROMANENKO, a true driver of the meat business! Her energy and dedication to her work are impressive. But her desire to help our smaller brothers and, of course, the military, is even more admirable. After all, the last three years have shown that the power of a Ukrainian woman is the foundation of her present and the key to the happiness of her loved ones.
– Mrs. Lesia, we are glad to see you on our pages again. What news are you ready to share with us today?
– You know, the news affects each of us every day – and to varying degrees. But the most important news is the one that shows that we are striving for and approaching victory – at the frontline, in business, in charity… These are the news of our daily lives that are of great importance to every Ukrainian. Today, I cannot single out anything specific, because all issues are important now, especially the collection for our defenders.
– Many people are interested in business development. What is the current state of your company?
– The business is working, although it needs further development. But I know for sure that our products are of excellent quality. We continue to improve, and I am confident that we will achieve even better results. It is not easy to run a business in this sector today, but it is the business that allows me to contribute to our future.
– Do you have any advice for entrepreneurs?
– Don’t give up under any circumstances! Fight for your product, for its quality, for its demand. This is the most important thing!
– Mrs. Lesia, you continue to be actively involved in volunteering. Do you face burnout?
– Of course, we are all human. But now we cannot give up. We need to find something that motivates us – for example, our victory. If we don’t have it, there will be no business, no burnout, and no recovery, just like Phoenix. We should all have realised long ago that the future is in our hands, and especially the future of our children.
When all of us adults realise this, burnout will lose its relevance. Yes, we need rest, but it should be sought in moments of unity with loved ones, nature, animals… This helps me and my like-minded people. In addition, when you start taking care of someone smaller than yourself in a state of burnout, everything falls into place and your energy returns. Because by giving, we receive!
– Lesia, we know how much you and your like-minded people do for our military and animals. What do you dream about today?
– I dream of victory. And not just about victory on the battlefield, but about victory over the darkness that hangs over our land.
I want all the soldiers to return home alive and healthy, and I want every mother, wife and child to wait for their hero. I want everyone who gave a part of themselves for our freedom to return to a peaceful life where they will be respected and appreciated.
I want our society to become united in its thoughts and aspirations, so that we all stand as an unbreakable wall against the enemy.
